Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer we can claim a further 28 pence for every £1 you donate. If you give £1 in the normal way ORFACT will receive precisely £1. But if you Gift Aid it, ORFACT will receive £1.28 - in other words increasing the value of your gift by nearly a third. Gift Aid is a declaration in which you authorise a charity to claim back the income tax and/or capital gains tax you have paid to the government. It allows us to increase the size of your donation by 28% without costing you an extra penny.
